Published four times a year, the magazine is distributed to more than 152,000 individuals in the Mid-Atlantic via insertion with The Wall Street Journal and direct mailing to high net-worth individual households, embassies, and international affairs personnel.

An extensive online campaign targets luxury clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic and the top 10 cities nationally with a household income of more than $250,000. The online campaign drives traffic to the e-book and the website where each property is showcased beautifully. The e-book can be shared via email or by posting to your social networking sites.

At the forefront of technology, Long & Foster’s Luxury Homes magazine is embracing mobile technology. Each of the properties throughout the publication offers a quick response code that allows smartphone users to scan the code and be directed to the property detail page on, where more details, photos, and tours can be viewed.
